Professional Experience

IT Project Coordinator – Savers Inc. Renton, WA March 2014 – Present

Supporting Savers Inc. by providing vendor coordination services for retail technology systems and data network needs for retail stores, field and corporate personnel. Operating and maintaining voice communications and network connectivity while providing guidance, control and time management with vendors at all levels.

Coordinate efforts on procurement, implementation and restoration of services in emergencies; assist the internal helpdesk on second and third level support issues related to retail systems.

Work with vendors to repair data and telecommunications cabling infrastructure, phone equipment, music and paging systems, structured wiring and network issues.

Coordinate store opening and closing projects for IT including floor plan review, voice and data cabling, phone system installation, WAN connectivity, register and credit card terminal installations.

Voice and Data Technician – PowerCom Inc. Bothell, WA November 2012 – January 2014

Provided communications and wireless networking technical expertise, engineering analysis with the ability to identify and solve problems within these broad spectrums of technology areas: RF engineering, link analysis, antenna performance, digital signal processing and multiple access techniques in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom VII under the Department of Defense (DOD) for both CONUS and OCONUS.

Maintained C-RAM (Counter-Rocket Artillery Mortar) early warning system by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on the LCMR (Light-weight Counter Mortar Radar), WAVES (Wireless Audio Visual Early-Warning System), AMDWS (Air and Missile Defense Work Station), FAAD (Forward Area Air Defense) and C-NET (C-RAM Network) Command and Control systems.

Provided communications and wireless networking technical expertise for the Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) Commander and all other assets within the BDOC.

Successfully maintained, planned and coordinated the installation of tactical radios which included the following: AN/PSC-5 Portable Tactical Satellite Radio (TACSAT), AN/PRC-148 Multi Band Inter-Intra Team Radio (MBITR), Enhanced Position Location and Reporting System (EPLRS), Blue Force Tracker (BFT), Force XXI Battle Command Brigade-and-Below (FBCB2) and all variants of the RT-1523 Advanced System Improvement Program Radio (ASIP).

Designated as the primary M1132 ESV Stryker driver for the 38th Combat Engineer Company Commander under 4th BDE 2nd ID Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT) both CONUS and OCONUS, with over three years of training and operating experience of the M1132 ESV Stryker.

Responsible for the serviceability, maintenance and accountability of the M1132 ESV Stryker and all Basic Issue Items (BII) equipment for that vehicle.

Successfully managed over $500,000 worth of highly sensitive equipment with zero loss during numerous field training mission exercise environments and one combat deployment during Operation Iraqi Freedom VII.

New Equipment Training (NET) instructor for all Stryker drivers primarily for all tactical communications equipment while assigned to the 38th Combat Engineer Company.

Installed and configured Blue Force Tracker (BFT) and Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Below (FBCB2) platforms on all variants of the HMMWV and specifically the Stryker M1132 Engineer Squad Vehicle.

Developed COMSEC and SATCOM Standard Operating Procedures, course lesson plans and troubleshooting manuals for Brigade and Task Force level operations for less experienced users.
