•Responsible for the implementation, development, and initiation of a $12 million budget that included staff recruitment, development, and retention.
•Responsible for the initiation, planning and implementation all curriculum and professional development needs of a Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade school system, including special education services.
•Successfully initiated a sales tax referendum for facility improvements and upgrades and new construction for District #429 of new money totaling $800,000
•Responsible for the facilities and successful execution of each of four buildings on a daily basis.
•Instituted changes to the district that allowed students and staff, as well as community, to feel welcomed and safe in their own school district.
