Project management of disaster relief includes: Establishing clear goals for cleanup procedures, establishing a systematic approach to projects, obtaining management support for projects and operations following the Environmental Protection Agency standards. Projects include; soil excavation, soil sampling, air sampling, site safety review and administration, data collection following government policies, heavy equipment management, sub contractor management government and non government. Damage Controlman

Implemented managed and trained personnel in safety programs delivering policies both orally and visually with major success, programs include: oil spill response, soil sampling, confined space entry, lock out tag out procedures for piping and valve systems, respiratory programs for breathing apparatuses, and electrical safety hazards.

Fabrication and repair engineer: installed, maintained, administratively tracked systems on spreadsheets for reporting and budgeting to make upgrades as well as improvements when necessary, systems include: foam firefighting systems, pipefitting, and stability brackets. Steel and aluminum welding. Framing, drywall, concrete work, roofing on structures. Commercial truck driving and forklift operator and instructor.

Training Instructor: trained Coast Guard personnel in techniques and procedures used for advanced firefighting, flood control, and Incident Command System, team building exercises that promoted health and safety regulations.

On Scene Leader for Damage Control Party duties including: Supervision of personnel in crisis situations to effectively prevent fire, flooding, and hazardous materials spills on both land and at sea keeping continuity of operations consistent during high risk demand operations using project management techniques, as well as team efforts this was demonstrated during Hurricane Katrina, and the Haiti Earthquake for effective remediation.

Created Managed a $100,000 budget: administered via spreadsheets, ledgers computer applications, distributed cost information to accounting personnel for audits, and purchased materials by speaking and meeting with vendors establishing realistic budget objectives items including self-contained breathing apparatuses, radiological defense equipment, generators, and high pressure dewatering equipment.
