PMO/Finance Analyst (Contract) – Sky Handling Partners, London city Airport March 2015 – Date

Software Accounting System Implementation Programs: The replacement of the current accounting platform with a new accounting system and rolling out better ‘system management’. With my in-depth knowledge of finance systems and processes, I was tasked to monitor and manage the entire project design in order to deliver a fast track project planning and scheduling throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Achievements:

Assisted with the project work breakdown structure and plan in accordance with the requirements of the Client/Business requirement and as advised by the PMs.

Managed and monitored the project risk register including resolutions and escalations to the steering board.
