Arab Bank Jordan since 19 Aug 1996 to 31 may 2012 in the following positions:

1Six years as a customer service officer.(teller)

This job includes the following tasks:

Build relationships with different types of customers.

Manage using and saving money process.

Provide customers with banking services such as deposits and withdrawal many depending on the banks policies.

Interface with all agencies to acquire banking information.

2- Three years and a half as a senior customer service officer. (Head teller)

This job includes the following tasks:

* determine the branch needs of money according to the customers’ requests.

* supervise the staff of customer service officers from:

- applying the bank policies and strategies

- maintain the good performance and acquiring them with the needy skills In order to achieve targets.

- checking the cash balance for each of them to correspond to the general records.

- Maintain the ATM machine and the money treasury.

- check up the daily errors and trying to reduce it.

3- Four years as operational supervisor (editor)

This job includes the following tasks:

* editing all the daily bank documents and make sure that they are identical with the bank policies and strategies

* specify the points of weakness for the branch employees and recommend them for training courses according to the bank’s need to improve their skills.

* maintain the security supervision in side the branch and relate it to the policies and strategies.

* delivering daily reports regarding suggestions, systems and operations inside the branch.

* maintain the efficiency of the systems to avoid any problems while serving customers.

* coordinate with other departments inside the branch to insure perfect Work.

* control the cash flow and checking the cash balance for the cashiers and make sure that they are identical with the general records.

* supervise the stocktaking process inside the branch and make sure that all employees stick to the policies and strategies

4- Branch Manager for 6 years and 7 months

Branch Manager for 30 months in Arab bank and for 4 years until 2/8/2016 in Jordan dubi Islamic bank – Jordan

This job includes the following tasks:

• developing a business plan for the branch in line with retail management objectives and full coordination with district manager and continuous follow up of its implementation to ensure achieving the goals.

• Achieving branch sales and service quality targets as per the annual budget set and agreed with retail banking management.

• Ensuring all operational control are implemented in the branch as the polices and processors.
