SCOPE-

1.Review of the Project Specification for Preparation of Material Submittals, Drawings and Engineering Data of all Specialist Systems in Order to procure the required system materials to cope up with the project programme.

2.Liaison with the Consultants for Design & Engineering Drawing’s preparation and subsequent follow up for approval in order to expedite The MEP’s fix works in order to provide the earliest clearances for civil contractors.

3.Liaison with MEP team to finalize the builders work requirements & for preparation of fall ceiling and finish works.

4.Coordination with specialist suppliers and third party testing agency for Design, Engineering, Supply & Installation of the LV services.

5.Coordination with HVAC and Plumbing in finalizing the LV Switchgear and Integration requirements related to Fire Alarm, BMS Systems.

6. Supervising the site activity and ensuring the execution teams are in line with project’s safety and approved QA procedure.

7. Contracts Management – Review of offers, techno- commercial discussions, coordinating with QS team

For finalization of vendors.

8. Carrying out of all Variation works and giving details to QS for billing.

o Main distribution board & distribution from switchboards to serve all mechanical, Plumbing, fire protection, lifts & lower power systems equipment.

o Earthling and Lightning protection system.

o Cable lying of all panels.

i.Motor control centers for motors and pumps throughout the treatment plants and pump stations around 35.

ii.Installation of around 50 distribution boards on average throughout all the projects handled.

iii.Motor control centers with soft starters and relays digitally integrated for SCADA environment.
