Detailed Experience

2011 – Present. Quality Control Assistant Manager at MMC Automotriz (Assembly plant of Mitsubishi and Hyundai Passenger cars and SUV’s & FUSO Trucks). Main Task: Lead problem resolution process for Body shop, Paint Shop and Incoming parts inspection areas. Management of measurement laboratory. Preparation of Quality reports within KPI Analysis for plant management. Responsible for maintain Product Quality system based on ISO TS16946 for Body shop, Paint Shop and Incoming parts inspection areas. Ensure training of Quality staff (Core Quality management tools including: FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA). Coordinate a monitor execution of improvements for process (equipment and methods) related with productivity, quality and safety. Coordinate and execute activities related to launching/updating of new models of vehicles and trucks. Planning of FY Department Budget for Body shop, Paint Shop and Incoming parts inspection areas. Responsible for investigation, documentation and reporting of Quality reports by Field customer complains.

2008 – 2011. Process Engineer at MMC Automotriz (Assembly plant of Mitsubishi and Hyundai Passenger cars and SUV’s & FUSO Trucks). Main Task: Paint Process Engineer in charge of Verification and confirmation of productive process following 4M methodology, 8D analysis method. Monitoring of productive process; plan & coordination of countermeasures, coordination and execution of PFMEA for body shop and paint shop. Design of tools and devices to improve productivity and ergonomics of workstation. Consumption measurement of materials and handling of stocks through SAP system.

2007- 2008. Technical advisor for Sales at Oakite of Venezuela. Main Task: Handling of stocks, consumption and efficiency calculation, test and quality assurance of new products, monitoring of Physicochemical variables in Phosphate Process for bodies and cabs, taking of traces of crystals and resolution of problems related with materials and process.
