Detailed Experience

2012 – Present. Quality Audit Assistant Manager at MMC Automotriz (Assembly plant of Mitsubishi and Hyundai Passenger cars and SUV’s & FUSO Trucks). Planning, Coordination, Execution and Reporting of Product Audits to finished Vehicles/Trucks and Process Audit on Assembly processes based on ISO/TS 16949 standard. Planning of department budget. Ensure Qualification of Auditors by planning and execution of training activities. Reporting of KPI and Quality status to the plant Management.

2011 – 2012. Quality Control Assistant Manager at MMC Automotriz (Assembly plant of Mitsubishi and Hyundai Passenger cars and SUV’s & FUSO Trucks). Main Task: Lead problem resolution process on Assembly Lines (Trim Line, Underbody, Final Line), Final Acceptance Inspection & Pre Delivery Inspection for Vehicles and Trucks. Preparation of Quality reports within KPI Analysis for plant management. Responsible for maintain Product Quality system based on ISO TS16946 for adobe mentioned areas. Ensure training of Quality staff (Core Quality management tools including: FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA).
