Managed 3 highly-visible Project Web App (PWA) implementations, managed two Microsoft Project Server migrations (PWA 2003 to PWA 2010, & PWA 2010 to PWA 2013), & collaborated with CDC IT teams to sunset legacy applications.

Managed all aspects of a PMO in support of CDC leadership (National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD) Office of the Director (OD)) who employed a Microsoft Project Server/PWA instance (NCIRD PWA) as a project management tracking status tool to report on monthly progress of work conducted by CDC Project Officers (PO’s) for CDC-funded PWA projects.

Prepared and submitted weekly Dashboard status reports for CDC program leadership. Coordinated with the CDC Pan Flu Task Force & imported 253 HHS and CDC actions from a Microsoft Access database to a customized Microsoft Project template and Enterprise Microsoft Project Server 2003 instance: Pan Flu PWA.
