Industrial Engineering / Plant Management: Strong background in all areas including, scheduling, time study, training methodology to eliminate waste, reduce cost, improve manufacturing time, cycle counts, eliminate WIP and optimize efficiency, cost justification, machinery and equipment costing and pay back to gain maximum production yield and efficiency for an accurate cost and savings, establishing production sequencing and alignment, methods analyzing and improvement, equipment layout, designing floor plans and systems to consolidate space and utilize optimal ease and usage, equipment installation & troubleshooting, systems planning, scheduling, forecasting, scheduling current & future production levels, staffing and quality control. All of these processes incorporate working with each sequencing department to establish an even and smooth flow of production. Highly involved with inventory control, warehousing, cost accounting & analysis, special projects management, total plant redesign and setup.

Hands-On Management: Extensive experience in all aspects within varied manufacturing assignments. I have trained Industrial Engineers at all levels including Time Study, Cost Justifications, Floor Planning, Method Improvements etc. Experience with Manufacturing in both a Lean Manufacturing System and Non-Lean. Working constantly to reduce Work In Process.

Leadership Qualities: Allowing for successful supervision of 3 - 300 employees including department managers at multi-level operations. Highly involved with personnel recruitment, interviews, hiring, training, evaluations and placement. Communication is the unbreakable key. Every level of manufacturing from design, operator through shipping is of equal importance and working at the same goal is the ultimate task.

Restaurant Owner: Total understanding in all areas including legal knowledge, customer service, equipment knowledge, cooking (created many new recipes and concepts), purchasing, staffing, quality control and line production.

Sales & Marketing: Experienced in a multitude of sales & marketing related strategies within retail and restaurant management environment utilizing successful people and communication skills.
