Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Automation Project:

Title : BOILER IMPLEMENTATION USING PLC (SIEMENS) AND SCADA

Description : The project “Boiler Automation Using Siemens PLC & SCADA” deals with the study of pilot plant, which is modelled after real time plant, and implements a process to control any one of the plant parameters such as level, flow, temperature and pressure by accepting inputs from field, processing and giving output back to field again .The objective of our project is to “Control the level and pressure of closed tank using feedback And Split-Range control strategies, level and temperature in open tank using Feed- back control strategy” . SIEMENS S7-300 series and SCADA software iFIX of GE Fanuc is used for controlling and monitoring the process.

B.E Major Project

Title : Level Control & Washing System

Description: Level Control & Washing System By Using PLC .This Project is based on Automation .In this Project we use Various Type of Industrial Instrument and connect them by PLC.1-Horizontal Float switch. 2- Proximity Sensor 3- Solenoid Valve. The Automatic Water Level Control is introduced to help the human being to manage the water in their life. The Purpose of this project is to keep the water at the certain Level. And we also show its application by washing the glass automatically.
