Abarna is playing the role of a key techno functional resource representing IBM to support the production process and also help Google's DEV team by providing suggestions on fixing critical production issues, introducing new process, new enhancements or correct tool selection etc.

This production support project involves providing extensive support to Google’s day to day work

Solving different urgent, high as well as medium priority ticket within the decided SLA.

Involve extensive client interaction to discuss the daily discrepancy in Google’s Inventory with supplier, which leads to finding out the root cause of the inventory Delta.
