This project has been identified as one of the most visible Production Support Ebiz project within Google as it involves external entities and Google's key client and suppliers. The business goal behind this project was to streamline the daily interaction of Google's supply chain and Order management activities to provide a better customer support. Abarna is playing the role of a key techno functional resource representing IBM to support the production process and also help Google's DEV team by providing suggestions on fixing critical production issues, introducing new process, new enhancements or correct tool selection etc.

Some of the activities / responsibilities include:

This production support project involves providing extensive support to Google’s day to day work

Solving different urgent, high as well as medium priority ticket within the decided SLA.

Involve extensive client interaction to discuss the daily discrepancy in Google’s Inventory with supplier, which leads to finding out the root cause of the inventory Delta.

From OM perspective her job involves, providing solution for all the issues that issue user faces while performing the drop ship OM cycle which includes problem in PO, problem with receiving etc.

Job involves Consulting with suppliers for material movement process and need to implement this in oracle .It also includes 24 hours support in month end activities for closing the period.
