Drive growth-oriented operations by recruiting, training, mentoring, and managing a top-performing staff of professional geographical team leaders and merchandisers to set/reset new and existing independent and chain convenience stores and grocery stores customers across six states serviced (i.e. DE, MD, NY, OH, PA, WV).
