SPECIALTY SUMMARY:

Senior interior designers develop concepts and preliminary designs for complex projects. This is the first level of autonomy in the design and supervisory responsibilities, acts as senior interior designer of the project as a team leader on one or more projects to complete interior design through proper planning and resource allocation. Senior project interior designer ensures effective internal and aesthetic design that meets the requirements of the client, local authorities and design / interior architectural standards and codes of practice. Senior project interior designer plans the detailed design of the team's activities, detailing the terms of the contracts, confirming letters and attending external meetings and leads a backup site office. And ensure that the detailed design optimal within budget and conform to contract requirements.

EXPERIENCES DETAILS:

Extensive experience in I.D. & Fit-Out supervision and furnishing works of high-end hotel, residential, commercials and multi-story's building projects including the hospitality requirements with the latest technology pertaining to this section.

Coordinating with consultants from subcontractors to ensure that the design and operation of the project according to the terms of the contract and program service time and advance for site execution as per local regulatory approvals Managing co-ordination with consultants, contractors and other parties, Follow-up bills until the project is closed.

Oversee & Monitor the Preparation of the Shop Drawings with the Draftsman to ensure timely Completion within the Specifications / Details Obtained from the Customer / Consultant.

Prepare Drawings for Design work (Shop Drawing) Electrical, air Conditioner, Light, with all Dimensions on The AutoCAD Program, Sketches, Equipment & Materials, Prepare Presentation Boards by Drawing Programs: 3D Max V-ray, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop.
