Technical Process and Project Manager – Implementation and Delivery Readiness Program

Developed an application review process and strategy- Implementation Readiness Review (IRRs). These reviews were conducted between Development and Test cycles to ensure best practices for core 20-30 applications per release, focusing on Architecture, Code Best Practice (including security review), Application Profiling (JProbe), Infrastructure, Implementation and Backout Plans, QA Test Plans, Database Profiling.

Employed Total Quality Management (TQM) and Continuous Quality Improvements (CQI). Collected and analyzed data post production, as well as developed recommendations and action plans for improving application implementation best practices.

Conducted cross-functional meetings with all above groups to ensure implementation readiness for core 20 – 30 applications.
