I also use job aids and Easy Help to create tickets for each call and for escalated calls as well. I had the support of chat rooms and the use of emails and IM when needed.

As a specialist, I answered all incoming calls for the detention center. I assisted the public,attorneys
bondsmen and other law enforcement agents.I set up visitation, took in funds for inmate accounts. I sorted and checked incoming mail for possible contraband.I filed reports and made copies of any necessary papers/documents. I observed the behavior of all persons who entered the facility in order to maintain a secure and safe environment.

Detention Officer April 2000 through April 2004
As a detention Officer I was responsible for the safety of the inmates on each floor I was assigned to. I pulled inmates for court, visitation, attorney visits and releases.I kept records of each days activities. I made sure each inmate was fed and had the necessary items for personal hygiene.
