Projects included the DNA Tier 1 champion-FY2015 for throughput process improvements - 14 step project resulting in a potential 80% increase in production capacity. Set new production daily and monthly records using these improvements.

● Responsible for setting and controlling the department’s annual budget of 7.2 million dollars based on production of 10.5 million units and a staff of 54 hourly and 4 professional team members.
