Evaluation of gating for all of the production product and modifications as needed. After 4 months I was asked by the owner to take the position of Manufacturing Engineer to assist in all aspects of the process and train personnel as needed. The last six months I was ask to take over the position of Process Engineering in this position I was able to modify the investment process and update the documentation.

Running the Centrifugal and the Investment Foundry
The investment foundry I started from the ground up and had our primary customer (Emerson Fisher Group) approved the facility in less the 15 minutes. The Emerson auditor stated that this was the fastest survey they have ever done with only one minor discrepancy (No calibration sticker on a thermometer)
My responsibilities are to manage the two departments from designing the tooling to training the personal on all aspects of investment and centrifugal process, ordering the materials and design all of the work instructions for all of the castings and all of the process involved in the two operations.
