Perform a variety of technical food product tests, process checks, and audits to ensure compliance with company, customer, governmental, process, and product quality, safety, and sanitation standards. Comply with the primary focus of the Quality Systems Department which is to ensure that only safe, high quality products are sent to our customers.

Responsibilities:

•Collect and prepare samples for microbiological, analytical, or chemical testing on surfaces raw materials, in-process, and finished products.

•Conduct tests and audits on products, processes, and facilities to ensure compliance with product consistency, safety, and quality standards. Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of QA procedures.
