Skills
• I have spent several years supervising employees. At one time I owned a convenience store so my employees were teenagers as well as retired individuals. I had no problem with mutual respect.
• I had my builder’s license for 12 years and helped build several new speck homes.
• Over the past few years I have become very proficient applying Microsoft Excel to set-up and track various budget related expenditures, etc. This includes using formulas and other special features. If there is something that I am not familiar with regarding computer software or anything for that matter, I am very good at picking things up quickly and I am always willing to learn whatever is required to perform my job responsibilities and assist others when necessary.
• All of the jobs I have had required a great deal of confidentiality, which I’ve always handled in a professional manner, as was expected and required.
• Many of the jobs I've had required the ordering of materials, handling the duties involving bank deposits which were regularly in excess of thousands of dollars, answering phones, facilitating payroll, hiring & terminating employees, and diplomatically dealing with customer complaints.
I have donated many hours to Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Lapeer Team Work, Wild Lapeer Days, and my church. I am a friendly and understanding person that gets along well with my co-workers as well as management, and I genuinely look forward to obtaining a position within your organization that will enable me to grow professionally and most importantly provide whatever job responsibilities are necessary to show that I desire to exceed any and all expectations while helping your organization succeed!
