Dwight Lewis is a determined professional with over eight years of management experience in executing organizational strategy, leading teams, fostering quality assurance and facilitating knowledge transfer through mentorship and training.
In 2012, Mr. Lewis was mandated by the HEART Trust/NTA to lead the creation of employment, training and investment opportunities within the field of renewable energy & efficiency technology which was identified as an emerging labour market gap in the Jamaican economy. This project also had the double objective of ensuring that Jamaica could meet its IMF target of decreasing energy consumption and expand the alternative energy sector in the island.
He is a Master Instructor and excels at developing curriculum and customizing approaches and presentations to effectively communicate with diverse audiences at all levels. As such, Dwight was one of the driving forces behind the establishment of the Renewable Energy and Efficiency Course Level 4 NVQ being taught at the National Tool and Engineering Institute (NTEI).
Mr. Lewis is a natural team builder and coach, who inspires confidence, and has the knack for constructing high-performance teams committed to results. He is an outstanding individual, with an eye for details; a self motivated person with a demonstrated history of achieving results and success.

Provide quality assurance by ensuring standards are maintained in regard to quality of training and assessment; maintaining the institution's certification and accreditation status through adherence to best practices in training and assessment policy and protocols
Revise and develop new and existing programmes and curricula to converge with labour market trends
Identify and select instructors, and guide learning modules for faculty development through further training; enhance learning environment by encouraging use of instructional technology and non-traditional teaching and assessment techniques and conducting facility audits
