(CRO) which specializes in complex study designs. CRL has never received a 483 citation from the FDA, EPA or USDA over the past 20 years. While at CRL I have demonstrated progressive growth in areas of responsibility. Much of my career was at CRL and many of my various positions and areas of responsibilities have overlapped. I have been responsible for several departments simultaneously.

Sr. Manager of Laboratory Sciences – [2008 – 2016] The Sr. Manager is responsible for an entire strategic business unit, which includes the Formulations, Analytical chemistry and Immuno-chemistry departments. I was responsible for P&L for this units as well as “growing the business”. In the past three years I have been directly responsible for a 25% growth rate in business and an a progressively increasing profit margin in each of the past years from 10% to near 25% profit margin analytical chemistry services. Scientist - [2004-2008] The Senior Scientist and Chemist is responsible for GLP studies which are reportable to FDA, EPA and USDA. I was also responsible for expanding the products and services offered in the pre-clinical/clinical markets. These new products and

services in both i nvitro and i nvivo testing models including cell lines, ELISA’s and RIA’s. In these four years I was responsible for the development, validation and certification of a proprietary cholinesterase evaluation method which has been approved by the EPA. These cholinesterase assays doubled our department revenues and profit margins.
