Position: Utilities/Storage & Regas Operator

Major Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

Operate the plant equipment on shift under the supervision. This including starting up and shutting down safely, logging and recording readings, identifying and reporting defects occurring in any plant area.

Responsibility on LNG Storage Loading-unloading & Regas Facilities consist of ; LNG Tanks, Condensate Tanks, Marine Boil Off Gas and Recovery Facilities, Boil of Gas compressor, Booster compressor, Vapor return gas blower, Open Rack Vaporizer (ORV), Air Ambient Vaporizer (AAV), Gas Heater, LNG Pumps, LNG transfer Pumps, Sea Water cooling & Condensate Loading Facilities.

Switching of Open Rack Vaporizer (ORV)

Operate loading arm and Gang Way.

Carries out operation and control of oil and gas production, water injection, power generation, general utilities systems and related facilities usually under instruction; carries out emergency procedures when necessary in accordance with predetermined methods.

Operates oil and gas production, flare and vent, drain and disposal, injection and chemical injection system equipment in accordance with standard procedures and supervisory instructions.

Maintains and prepares log sheets for assigned units and systems covering operating data. Record any special occurrences during shift, such as operating problems and equipment breakdowns, inform Panel Operator and/or operation supervisor of these.

Monitors and adjust operating parameters and under the direction of the Panel Operator or Shift Supervisor, start up or shutdown locally all utilities and related systems or equipment.

Monitors and adjust local control panels and instruments following instructions and form the Panel Operator and/ or Operation Supervisor.

Provides assistance to the Maintenance Supervisors or Technicians when required.

Takes unit and system samples in accordance with established schedules and makes unit adjustments to equipment as directed. Take various samples outside the control room according to pre-determined tables and schedules and carries out minor testing and analysis work.

Prepares maintenance requisition for equipment under his control.

Participates in commissioning of new equipment/plant.

Duty performed routine check, monitors and observes all activities/situation on plant equipment within the defined area of duty.

Logs and records all plant running parameters and reports back giving detailed information of any abnormalities and defects.

Involved in Shut down and Start up of the plant including preparation like depressurizing, purging, flushing, defrosting, and pre-cool down of Nitrogen plant and start-up safely.

Experience working and controlling equipment parameter all equipments in Dryer, General Electric Mark V Frame 6 Gas Turbines, Water treatment unit, Potable water unit, Softener unit, Cooling water system, Exchangers, Power Plant, Nitrogen Plant, Fuel Gas System, Instrument air system, Boiler feed water system (BFW), Heat Recovery Steam Generation (HRSG), Flare system, Fire water system, DCS, PLC, etc.

Synchronization GTG (Gas Turbine Generator).

Operational substation Distribution system Voltage 33 kV, 11 kV, 4160 V, 480 V, 220 V and 125 VDC.

To carry out power switching, operation distribution panel (energized de energized, rack in rack out, ground system, locking system panel for safety).

Perform other related duties as required such as transferring chemicals from holding storage to system as well as decommissioning/commissioning plant equipment, including lube oil, seal oil and filter operating condition.

Well experience in Pumps Start-up and Shut down Procedures of the HP & LP Centrifugal pumps, LNG transfer pump systems.

Preparation of switch or replace the Hydraulic oil Filter, Lube oil filter

Well familiar with Gas tester.

Responsible for internal safety audit to all equipment of Field housekeeping and safety aspects.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely by radio and other communication means.

Responsible to entire plant operations of all equipments in assigned area, such as: pumps, compressors, storage tanks, furnaces, pipelines, columns/vessels, control valves and block valves.

Respond immediately to plant process fault/emergency conditions and safety threats, such as: gas leaks, fires etc.

Permit sub-contractors maintenance and repair works, follow on-going jobs and monitor sub-contractors activities ensuring adherence to safety regulations and procedures.

Normally, be the first person observing and reacting to any plant abnormalities.

3.Period: June, 2007 May, 2009.

Position: LNG Process Operator

Major Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

Operate the LNG Process plant equipment on shift under the supervision. This including starting up and shutting down safely, logging and recording readings, identifying and reporting defects occurring in any plant area.

Logs and records all plant running parameters and report back giving detailed information of any abnormalities and defects.

Involved in Shut down and Start up of the plant including preparation like depressurizing, purging, flushing, defrosting, and pre-cool down of Main Heat Exchanger and start-up safely.

Experience working and controlling equipment parameter all equipments in CO2 removal unit, Dryer, Scrubbing column, Main Cryogenic Heat Exchanger, General Electric Mark V Frame 6 Gas Turbines.

Well experience in Pumps Start-up and Shut down Procedures of the HP & LP Centrifugal pumps, all reflux pumps, LNG & LPG transfer pump systems.

Carries out troubleshooting of a more detailed nature of Acid gas treatment (CO2 & H2S) by Carbonate, MDEA Regeneration system, Dehydration, Liquefaction unit, Propane & MCR System.

Take samples and deliver to laboratory for analysis.

Preparation of switch or replace the Hydraulic oil Filter, dryer after filters, carbonates & MDEA filters and put back in operation.

Maintain a high standard of HSE and demonstration acceptable level of risk perception.
