•Preparation of daily material receipts status

•Preparation of Material / item receipts note for material/equipment received at the site. Material accounting in XLS, Kardex, Stock Ledgers

•Maintaining Inward Register

•Stock/Ledger Book Keeping

•Issue of material for site execution and plant against authorized requisitions

•Ensuring proper storage of all the materials received at the site

•Follow up and receipt of material at stores

•Verification of incoming goods and processing for inspection

•Maintaining counter issue records such as Daily Tools Issue Register, Gas Cylinder Issue Register and HSD Issue Register

•Ware Housing of all materials with proper identification tag and individual location bin i.e., spares and consumables
