Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible of Plant Emergency & Normal Activities and Ensure smooth & safe Operation, start up /shut down of Combined Cycle Power Plant.
Startup Shutdown and Normal Operation of Gas Turbine 155MW (SIEMENS V94.2,) with respective auxiliaries.
Startup Shutdown and Normal Operation of Steam Turbine 80MW (ABB Single Shaft Dual stage) with respective auxiliaries.
Startup Shutdown and Normal Operation of Heat Recovery Steam Generator operation and control (Dual pressure Capacity 275 Ton/Hour) with respective auxiliaries.
Proficient to operate the plant via a remote distributed control system (DCS) and periodically, equipment may need to be operated locally via PLC panel interfaces.
Handling of emergency during plant tripping and blackout
Fire fighting & Emergency Handling in case of any Fire/Emergency
Inspection of Fire Fighting equipment (fixed and portable)
Switching of high/Medium Voltage
Take action against any abnormality or change in parameters also inform to CCR
Prepare equipment Pumps, Motors, for maintenance and operation activities
Routine inspection of automation room and switchgear room
Equipment Isolation for maintenance activities such as Electrical, Mechanically isolation according to Safety Standard.
Handling of fuel gas and fuel liquid equipment’s. Fuel primary filters, fuel secondary filters, knock out drum, condensate level.
Water Treatment Plant (Clarifier, Filtration, Softener, RO & Demineralization Plant)
Cooling Tower (Induced Draft Type 12000ton/hr
Operation of Rotary and Stationary component like Pumps, Motors, Compressors & HVAC etc.
