S YSTEMS MANAGEMENT

Ensures data integrity in ordering, pricing, dispensing of medications via electronic systems, including Omnicell, WorkFlowRX,

ECHO, Passport, and Choice Systems D21.

Develops policies and procedures in collaboration with clinicians, other system analyst team members, and IT clinical team

managers.

Works with other clinical and application analysts to ensure system integrations.

Participates in change management activities to support successful system deployments and enhancements.

D EPARTMENT COLLABORATION

Leads the development of clinical workflows that improve efficiencies, solve complex issues, and incorporate quality initiatives

through collaboration with the clinicians.

Interacts with pharmacy clinical staff on formulary updates and drug file additions; with hospital IT&S staff on file

maintenance and the hospital finance department on electronic billing issues.

Ensured compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and

documentation.

A PPLICATION IMPLEMENTATION

Enhances hospital operational efficiency and patient safety by providing major enterprise application configuration support as

well as other applications as assigned.

Coordinates and participates in unit and integrated testing activities of the software to ensure design objectives are met,

including the development of testing scripts.

Oversees successful system deployments and enhancements by participating in change management activities.

Independently manages components of application upgrades and troubleshooting efforts.

Supports and troubleshoots Hospital Information Systems interfaces for inbound/outbound CPOE orders.
