Duties:
Assembling and Disassembling of MFL/DEF/LGT iPIGs (Intelligent Pipeline Inspection Gauge) during maintenance and set up. Digital and Analogue systems
Calibration and Measurement Activities on Flux leakage pipeline pigging tools.
Coordinating Electronics activities to ensuring successful project.
Troubleshooting, Maintenance and repair activities on CPUs, PCBs, Replacement of SMDs /MUXX Boards, FPGA Hall Sensors while using ESD mat.
Fault tracing duties with complex Electrical/Electronics circuit diagrams
Comprehensive Material inventory/management record keeping for both ILI( Inline Inspection) and HT&P
General Electronics repairs and management.
Programming activities on iPIGs(MFL/DEF/LGT) Electronics Module with computer programmer(PG)
T101 Hot tapping positioning and cutting depth calculations. Plug maintenance/preparation before T101 plugging operations.
Working closely with Field Technicians to ensure good working condition and successful launching and recovery of pigging tools in both offshore and onshore duties. Also working with HT&P Technicians in ensuring perfect tapping and plugging activities after excavation at work site.
