Authorized departmental spending of €3.75million and oversaw total Business Unit budget of €20million per annum. Revitalized the concept after 14 continuous months of sales declines. Achieved system record sales within 6 months and positive same store sales gains by the end of the year.

Improved store level financial results by 2.9% from previous year, with 60% of chain improving financial profitability.
