The largest full service coffee chain in Greece and Cyprus. Responsibilities included managing 150 units - €120million annual sales, 41 franchisees and over 1,600 employees. Supervised seven directors, and indirectly 30 subordinates. Wrote and implemented annual corporate Operational Plans. Authorized departmental spending of €3.75million and oversaw total Business Unit budget of €20million per annum. Evaluated company performance and played a leading role in creating and implementing initiatives to increase market share and profitability.

Revitalized the concept after 14 continuous months of sales declines. Achieved system record sales within 6 months and positive same store sales gains by the end of the year.

Improved store level financial results by 2.9% from previous year, with 60% of chain improving financial profitability.

Opened 10 new units, renovated 10 existing stores and signed four existing franchises to new terms in first year. Signed an additional 30 locations for future openings.
