I have most recently been employed with Parralon Business Solutions as an OR Materials Coordinator at Rose Medical Center in Denver, Colorado. I am seeking employment in a leadership role with a company that will allow me to showcase my skills and advance my career in a leadership role. My experience with Parralon and as a DC Manager while employed at PHS has given me extensive knowledge in the industries of medical supplies, materials management, and distribution.

MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Successfully implemented and managed custom LUM program at two hospital system in Tucson Arizona (University Medical Center (UMC) and University Physicians Hospital). The successful programs allowed the system to reduce inventory value by 1 million dollars, FTE count by 30%, and implement numerous other efficiencies into their supply chain operations.

Developed and launched a custom exchange cart/SPD case pick program which reduced FTE picking time by 40%.

Custom designed an ED stocking program for a new tower which included bed side delivery to 60+ patient room

Successfully launched LUM programs for Vail Valley Medical Center and Boulder Community Hospital to reduce inventory value, FTE count by 25%, and fix delivery issues.

Member of PHS “Go Live Team” which helped launch 5 Custom LUM programs throughout the organization.

Collaborated with management to streamline and drive OR case picking process at Rose Medical Center.

Coordinated move of OR case picking room into the OR at Rose Medical Center.
