• Involved in the research project of realization of high frequency thin film by heat-treating vapor method for transducer which improves its performance; realized high frequency PZT thin film, using sol-gel and metal organic chemical vapor deposition method, and performed quality testing using PiezoCAD and microscope.

• Analyzed data by doing filtration to find the pattern; processed ultrasound image using MATLAB including enhancement, component analysis and edge detection.

• Worked with Chemat Technology Inc. on lift-off PMN-PT nano composite thick film project; prepared PMN-PT composite coating solution, deposited PMN-PT film with suitable thickness for fabricate 60MHz to 100 MHz single element and linear array, designed control groups and collected/analyzed data, and optimized design methods.

• Submitted one paper as a co-author in IEEE Ultrasound Symposium. "Comparison of different piezoelectric materials for GHz acoustic microscopy transducers prepared protocols; assisted preparation of public presentation and marketing materials.
