Senior Project Manager responsible for project/program activities for the customer facing Operational teams for Comcast Business Services New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives. Developed and closely managed the end-to-end project life cycle: Initiation, Charter/Business Requirement Document (BRD), Schedule/Plan, and Execution. This involved delivering and follow-up on the project’s risk/issues, team resources, communications, end-user training, and status/metric reporting. Led small to complex projects managing cross functional teams, both technical and non-technical subject matter experts (SME).
