Production Supervisor January 2016- Present

Manage 40 employees operating 24 hours a day, six days a week on 14 machines. Responsible for driving safety, operational excellence and quality by leading quarterly training, shifts meetings, and on the spot discussions with employees. Coordinate maintenance and continues improvement with engineers and maintenance department.
