Client-facing level I/II technology support role for a global user-base.

Knowledge of Windows 7/XP, Microsoft Office and ticketing systems.
Utilize a VM testing environment for issue re-creation and verification. Working knowledge on VMware & dameware software.
Networking - TCP, HTTP, SOAP, Wireshark, ODBC, XML
