Position: Field Service Engineer / Technical Support Engineer II

Client-facing level I/II technology support role for a global user-base.

Configure hardware and software used for data collection

QA middleware software Application

Deploy middleware software Application, sql/oracle databases

Application maintenance on Staging, Test & Production Servers.

Support client from startup to transition support of setting up the clocks & connecting to workforce management db servers.

Responsible for Hardware repairs using digital volt meters & oscilloscopes.

Experience in Running SQL queries to verify clock data in sql tables in workforce management database.

Knowledge of Windows 7/XP, Microsoft Office and ticketing systems.

Utilize a VM testing environment for issue re-creation and verification. Working knowledge on VMware & dameware software.

Networking - TCP, HTTP, SOAP, Wireshark, ODBC, XML

VMWare or Hyper-v - Machine installation, monitoring or management

TextPad or NotePad++ type applications

Actively responds to customer needs including emergency issues and coordinate with other departments for resolution
