Developed and maintained Lyondell Alliance FEL and Execution project schedules for approximately 40 to 65 small capital projects simultaneously ranging from $1MM up to $34MM TIC.
Lead FEL and EP project schedules for the BP San Juan Coal Bed Methane Gas Project, a 13 year natural gas gathering system adding an additional 700 well sites to existing pads with an expected TIC of $2 billion.
Developed and maintained project schedules for BP Americas Safety Integrity Management (SIM) Project; inspection / modifications of towers, pressure vessels and tanks, emphasizing BP's commitment to safety.

Maintained existing project schedules for the BP Mardi Gras Project, one of the largest deepwater gathering, transportation and production system ever built in the Gulf of Mexico at the time with $1 billion TIC.
Worked with client to identify key interfaces between various project segments, with engineering managers and procurement to accurately define remaining work, and re-establish schedule logic.

Sr. Project Controls Engineer - July 1996 - February 2002
Developed and maintained resource loaded integrated schedules for revamps and upgrades to increase capacity for various refining/process units.
Incorporated inter-discipline schedule requirements & restraints to establish logical work sequences, ensure compliance with Project Execution Plan, and scheduling standards.
Coordinated with field engineering teams, construction, start-up teams and others to establish logical work sequences and to support plant operations system turnovers.
Worked with the telecommunications group to help AT&T manage the deployment of an OC-48 Sonet system upgrade. As part of a three-person management team, we managed contractors responsible for the installation of ADM and DWDM fiber equipment. Collect field coordinators daily reports to extract and assemble information to include in daily report to management.
Enhanced an existing tracking system to better track and evaluate client and contractor critical activities, identified problems, offer workarounds and provided the market team with day-to-day planning support for the construction of 333 cell sites as part of a nationwide build out.
