As the P6 Subject Matter Expert for Region 7 and for the US EPA, managed the following:

Established relationships with customers and utilize Primavera to create project schedule work breakdown structures, milestones, goals and activities. Conducted user interviews to collect data and determine whether the reports should include data, text, graphics or a combination of each.

Extracted information from various EPA databases using it to analyze and compare data so that an orderly transition to Primavera P6 can occur for EPA in responding to requests concerning hazardous waste and superfund site activities.

Analyzed hard copy documents, electronic documents, and other databases to identify data to include in the Primavera system in the most efficient manner possible. EPA will provide access to such data sources.

Provided consulting support for all P6 activities (excluding the creation of reports and any other restrictions set forth by Region 7) for Region 7 and throughout other EPA Regions as requested.

Assisted the SEMS ORACLE BI report writer in creation of custom reports requested by EPA Region 7 personnel.

Managed QA for all of Region 7 development

Created end user documentation for each application identified in the PWS. Documentation shall include, but is not limited to: 1) data entry processes and procedures, 2) report design and development and 3) creation of data entry forms which reflect system changes for all Superfund Databases, documentation on auditing data for consistency and accuracy to meet the requirements in the Superfund Program Implementation Manual (SPIM).

Assisted the SEMS/Oracle BI individual with SEMS DB issues and will perform task as needed with regards to Program Operational support, assistance with Data Quality Priorities Assessments, and Integration and Analysis between Systems. P6 SME will also assist in training EPA personnel on P6 issues.

Provided technical assistance, upon request, to EPA and the States on issues involving system performance and design, program management, project management, project planning, and project control as requested.

Technical assistance also includes training to the EPA and States on the various applications/databases utilized by the contractor. Contractor shall train staff on multiple databases such as Primavera P6 databases.

The P6 SME will assist the SEMS/ORACLE BI individual with communication between multiple team members and employees of EPA. The P6 SME will as needed interview individuals about systems requirements including data conversion issues and formatting needs.

Managed the pilot project for Bank of America’s GREEN space initiative.

This project is comprised of the bank’s new office complex and their Corporate Center. These buildings are located in Charlotte, N.C. The project entailed the installation of wireless devices and servers to measure carbon footprint, air quality, electrical efficiency and overall building quality. This data will be recorded and mined by Pacific Controls with daily, weekly, monthly reports.

The users of the building will be able to see their contributions via digital signage devices and CISCO display phones.

Once the pilot is completed and positive results are recorded, this product will be pushed out to our 300 plus administration buildings and over 2000 retail banking centers.

HR DataMart

Managed the data migration and data center move of the Merrill Lynch HR platforms to the Bank of America Data centers.

These databases included Financial, Payroll, HR, Tax, Investments for the Merrill Lynch employees. Furthermore, it included the merger and data migration for all Bank of America employees from Fidelity to Hewitt HR services.
