• Responsibilities & Capabilities Carries out the Breakdown, Preventative Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Overhauling, Installation, Commissioning of Rotary and Static Equipments on a variety of Steam & Gas Turbines GE, Turbo Expander, Compressor(PD & Centrifugals), Engines, Pumps, gear boxes, fin fans, columns, Cranes, LPG storage tanks, filters, vessels, exchangers, valves etc using safe techniques as per OEM Recommendations.

• Assists in major shutdown and overhaul work, which includes the dismantling, testing of mechanical equipment including Steam & Gas Turbines, Compressor, Pumps and Engines. Reviews history on mechanical breakdowns.

• Ensures all tools and test equipment are kept clean and serviceable, and advices Supervisor of spare parts requirements.

• Maintaining the levels of Spares & identify spare parts required for maintenance work, from manufacturers’ drawings and spare parts lists through “Oracle”

• Comply with company HSE policies & Work Permit procedures.
