At present working as a ‘Graduate trainee engineer’ in Abhijeet Engineers, Pune at Opp. TATA Maval Foundry from 17th April 2015 to till date.

Abhijeet Engineers is a Heavy fabrication company which is major supplier of JCB India Ltd. JCB Export Ltd. Atlas Copco (India) Ltd, Nasik, DYNAPAC DIV, YORK TRANSMISSION Pvt. Ltd. Talegaon, produces chassis/axle/components of soil compactor, construction, mining, drilling equipments. Also export around 40 components’ to JCB UK. Abhijeet Engineers is a TUV: CERT 9001-2008 certified engaged in manufacturing of Heavy sheet metal fabrication products with Sub assembly to add the further product value.

Roles & Responsibility

Pre-dispatch inspection of daily dispatch parts.

To checking of raw material like sheets, pipes, square tubes, shafts, square bar, Angles & Channel as per customer material standard.

Maintain monthly record of raw material traceability sheet& send to Customer.

Testing of raw material from NABL lab against test certificate of suppliers& verification for the same.

Maintain communication between customers &in-house quality & production team.

Maintain daily records of problems come at pre dispatch inspection & find out root cause for the same.

Develop new parts with updating tracking sheet as per customer requirements.

Making documentations like PPAP for new developed product, standard inspection procedure, standard operating system, corrective action & preventive action or 8D Reports against customer complaints.
