Design Engineer SRT Arkansas Facility, 2002-2006

Applied technique for the optical precision survey of casting machines utilizing one setup at various facilities around the United States. This was previously unobtainable.

Designed, draw and detail three-story ladle man’s platform and escape structure retrofit for 1980’s era casting deck.

Built water removal system to reduce product cracking saving approximately $3 million in product rejects, included concept development, initial prototype manufacture, testing, modification for various product shapes, and development of final work instructions for installation and adjustment.
