Plant Manager
•Managed on-time and under budget start-up of $33MM SpecFUEL Plant by developing and writing plant operating procedures, plant maintenance program and programs to ensure environmental and regulatory compliance.
•Identified and secured new end users, resulting in 300% increase in SpecFUEL demand and production.
•Acknowledged production bottleneck at back-end of process and successfully managed project to design and install $2.5MM Pilot Plant inside existing facility, meeting SpecFUEL demand from end users.

Regional Manager
•Developed and wrote operating procedures for existing plants, enabling junior personnel to operate plants and respond to forced outages with minimal outside supervision or assistance.
•Managed startup and operation of 11.4 MW and 3.2 MW Landfill Gas to Energy Plants, bringing plants online, on schedule, and on budget and enabling company to collect prior year energy credits.
•Analyzed and determined root cause of failure of gas treatment system, coordinating emergency procurement and construction of replacement parts, expediting repairs and putting procedures in place to prevent recurrence.
