Designed structural components for Automotive seating, specifically modified design of Clock Spring, Rivet, Track bracket, Bracket arm rest, Bracket link using CATIA V5.

Worked as a technician for tuning the old Automotive engines and fabricating them to extend their life. ACADEMIC PROJECTS:

Design and Computational Fluids Dynamic Air pressure Analysis on the Spoiler of a Car SPRING 2016

Using comparative method in DOE methods and to Design a Mechanical model of a car body with spoiler and without spoiler using CATIA V5.

And to run the analysis for the air pressure on the spoiler with variation in velocities of air over the spoiler using ANSYS.

Investigating handling behavior of a Vehicle for lateral acceleration(CATIA V5 & ANSYS) SUMMER 2016

Determine Handling behavior of the vehicle for different lateral acceleration ranges from 0 g’s to 0.5 g’

Determining the steady state equilibrium conditions for lateral accelerations of 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5 g’s for finding the tire vertical forces, vehicle roll angle, front axle slip angle and rear axle slip angle. Design and Computational Fluid Dynamic Thermal Analysis of a Disk Brake Rotor(CATIA V5 & ANSYS) FALL 2015

Using DOE method (Comparative method ) and to Design mechanical model of disk brake rotors with different modifications using CATIA V5.

And to run Thermal analysis on each disk brake rotor and compare the results.

Achieved best design with Maximum thermal energy transfer from rotor to the surrounding air. Design and Analysis of Flow distribution in a Rectangular Micro Channel (SOLID WORKS) SPRING 2015

Designed a Rectangular Micro Channel using Solid works.

Made Analysis for Mass flow rate for Different Fluids and Flow parameters. Design of Conical and Helical Springs (CATIA V5) SPRING 2013

Mathematical calculation for stiffness of the spring and Material for spring with spring constant meeting required specifications of the customer.

And then Designing the mechanical model of conical and helical springs as per the desired specifications from the customer.
