Description of role and responsibility: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Overseeing the daily activities, general camp operations, and programs to ensure a quality camp.* Frequent liaison with the sub-contractor to ensure all related operations are running smoothly. * Keep the overall attendance record of the camp users on a daily basis together with the sub-contractor. * Ensure that all catering schedules are completed satisfactorily in a timely manner. * Coordinate with the Maintenance team to ensure the maintenance of the camp is according to the required level. * Ensure that the Camp site is kept clean, organized, free of litter and environmentally friendly. * Regularly inform all camp users of their responsibilities for understanding, and executing all camp policies and emergency procedures associated with the camp. * Interact effectively with the sub-contractor camp staff and help build the team to run the camp efficiently as a total system, (with users’ best interest in mind). * Be a leader in camp committee relations communication meetings, listen to suggestions and take the appropriate notes to inform and discuss with the Management for countermeasures in the interest of the camp users.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervising / Monitoring of all camp operations with more than five (5,000) thousand workers of various nationalities including client and subcontractors camps operating in the RAPID project.

• Spot on resolving the spontaneous problems in the camp, and/or related in the camp services.

• Coordinate all transport/vehicles arrangements/schedules and report together with sub-contractor.

• Responsible for monitoring and inspecting all camp users comfort together with the sub-contractor camp representatives.

• Supervising the daily camp matters, including the security, housekeeping and maintenance. • Supervision of the daily food production and coordinating with the catering subcontractors.

• To conduct hygiene audits in the camp and kitchen including use by date and storage methodologies to ensure camp health and sanitation standards are maintained.

• To prepare reports for the Site Manager as required including daily accommodation and catering status report.

• To maintain camp rules and regulations in the unit in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

• Supervision of the laundry and cleaning services.

• Ensuring smooth operation of the camp, creating and supervising the emergency crew, 24- hours’ on-call.
