General Counsel, Secretary/Treasurer - 2011 - 2016

Negotiated all agreements and advised the executive management team and

each of the various company departments with regard to all legal issues.

Presided over all risk and commercial reviews; handled employee and third-

party claims; managed outside counsel; conducted company-wide training, and

had oversight over both the Procurement and QA/QC departments.

. Achieved company goal of "Zero client contract disputes" for four

years straight while successfully negotiating hundreds of MSA's and

Work Agreements with major international corporations.

. Increased efficiency and reduced project errors and billing conflicts

by developing and implementing program to train operations personnel
