Use SolidWorks PDM to Check out, Update & Check in the models/drawings. Project 2: Macro development for a Sustenance Engineering Project

Client receive various feedbacks from the surgeons which are encoded into a certain format. A SQL server connected with Microsoft Excel receives these tickets which are then decoded into a number of parameters like date of complaint, department, product, priority, due date, open/closed, status, etc. using scripts.

Using a number of Formulas, Macros and Excel VBA scripts these data would be tabularized into a readable form with more than 30 columns.

Following which, a number of pivot tables, charts and graphs are automatically generated with the click of a button.

Was honored with the “Star Performer of the Project” for May’ 15 for my “Value Addition” to the project.

OTHER RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

JNTU University, Anantapur, India (Jan’13-Apr’13)

Project: Design and Fabrication of Low cost concentrating solar Collector for generation of steam.

A noble project meant to design and fabricate a Solar Collector that can generate steam with solar power

Solar collector uses Reflective surfaces to concentrate sunlight onto a small area, where it is absorbed and converted to heat.

Designed using SolidWorks and Auto CAD.

Gained a hands-on experience on Major manufacturing methods such as CNC, Lathe, Band Saw, etc. which were used to successfully fabricate our project.

Materials like Silver polymer film was used for reflectivity and flexibility. Personal Project: Design and Fabrication of a Newtonian Telescope

A strong passion towards Astronomy and CAD design led me to fabricate my own telescope at home.

Reflector type telescope (Newtonian) complete with a Dobsonian stand made of plywood

Mirror has a spec of 6-inch diameter with a focal length of 1000 mm.

Telescope tube was made of a 7-inch PVC tube.

Initial prototyping was done using Autodesk Inventor.
