Initial Contract Assignment at Eni to assist in Post SAP implementation Account Stabilization. Assisted Post Implementation Team in clearing conversion accounts and implementing Account Reconciliation procedures.
Due to Accounting Staff vacancies was asked to assume staff accountant activities in addition to SAP stabilization activities. Assigned various staff accounting monthly close activities including Payroll Interface, SAP Cost Center Master Record coordinator, Prepaid account amortizations, etc.
Was assigned the process of General Administrative Cost Allocations to Property Assets. Coordinated the quarterly review of Allocations for SOX documentation and prepared the monthly G&A model file for input into SAP.

Business Analyst, Refinery Finance
Responsible for the accounting models of all variable costs at the Deer Park Refinery. Deer Park Refinery is the operator of Deer Park Site Utilities and responsible for the cost allocations of these Utilities. As Lead for the Site Utilities Analyst assisted in the monthly accounting for Refinery Variable costs totaling $500+ million annually. Monitored monthly variable cost models and verified reasonableness of the data before posting to financials.
Coordinated Oil/Chemical Accounting Committee activities around business interface accounting issues.
Documented Accounting Procedures to implement contract requirements for the Site Shared Facilities Agreement. Insured correct fixed cost allocations in SAP master data based on the terms of the Agreement. Fixed costs for the Site Shared Facility Assets total $45 million annually.
Supported Deer Park Refinery Limited Partnership Treasury activity. Assisted Site Treasurer in completing quarterly bond compliance reporting on the Partnerships $500 million outstanding bond debt. Interfaced with bond trustees on compliance reporting and bond funding.
Focal point for interface with Deer Park Partnership external Auditors on annual audits and bond funding reviews.
Focal point for annual cost center allocation review for proper allocation of Refinery Fixed Costs totaling $350 million annually. This review process also involved review of allocations loaded into SAP system and communication with the Partnership Limited Partner to obtain annual consent to the allocations.
Worked annually with the Refinery Business Analyst team in preparing annual Operating Budgets.
Filled the role of Business Analyst Lead for two years coordinating the activity of four Analysts.
