Job Roles & Responsibilities

oTo exercise general control over all activities in Stores Department

oTo ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials

oTo maintain proper records.

oTo initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stores items whenever the stock level of any item of store approaches the minimum limit fixed in respect thereof

oTo check and receive purchased materials forwarded by the receiving department and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places.

oTo reserve a particular material for a specific job when so required.

oTo issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists.

oStore and release supplies or equipments.

oCompile the records of the supplies.

oChecking the supplies from time to time.

oRecords the number and the kinds of supplies.

oSecuring the status of each supply.

oChecking possible damages or scratches

Educational Qualification:

•Sindri collage sindri, India.

•Intermediate

Technical Qualification:

•Professional in MS Office (MS Word; MS Excel; Power Point; other utilities)

•Professional in SAP, FOCUS and TALLY

Experience in Gulf: Currently working with Voltas International Limited; Dubai, as a Store keeper from November 2014 in still date
