PROJECTS AND SEMINAR
SEMINAR ON BRAIN CONTROLLED CAR FOR DISABLED USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE.
(MARCH 2015)
The topic was analyzed using many IEEE papers and the whole working mechanism of the car, which uses artificial intelligence to drive the car and different sensors are used all over the car to overcome the circumstances while driving on the road. Explained the mechanism to the professors and students and was successful in clarifying their doubts regarding the BRAIN CONTROLLED CAR.
REDUCTION OF CONTAMINATS IN EXHAUST GASES OF DESIEL ENGINE. (FEB 2015 - MAY 2015) Final year own project that has been designed, analyzed and tested by me and my group mates. The main objective of the project was to reduce the pollutants and contaminants in the exhaust of the diesel engines. As the idea was developed by me and it was approved to move further by my project mates and the professors because the contaminants in the exhaust is the major cause of pollution in my country. It consists of three stages electrostatic precipitation, selective catalytic reduction and filtration, electrostatic precipitation is the new concept used in after treatments for automobiles and it was successful in reduction of contaminants and pollutants with some disadvantages.
EVALUATION OF STRESS INTENSITY FACTOR OF RECTANGULAR FILLETED BAR IN TENSION.
(DEC 2015)
The objective of the project was to evaluate the stress intensity factor of a rectangular filleted bar in tension using Abaqus software and analytical calculations. The rectangular filleted bar model was built in CATIA software and was finely meshed and applied the boundary conditions using Abacus software to get the von mises stress and the displacement by which the stress intensity factor if calculated analytically.

GENEVA WHEEL MECHANISM FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS AND MISALIGNMENTS.
(MAY 2015)
The project objective was to assess the implication due to the misalignment in the geometry caused by the manufacturing error, assembling error and wear. The Geneva model was meshed initially using Hypermesh in such a way that, the mesh becomes finer towards the surface of contact and the given the constrained in Abaqus with multiple point constrain and the forces are applied to run the mechanism and study the variations in the stresses and torque to find the effect of different defects.
CRASHWORTHINESS ANALYSIS OF FRONTAL IMPACT, HEAD ON IMPACT, SIDE IMPACT AND ROOF IMPACT ENERGY ABSORBING STRUCTURES USING LS-DYNA. (SEPTEMBER-NOVEMBER 2015)
Developed the models of car, truck and SUVs for Dynamic analysis of crash using LS-DYNA and Hypermesh. Optimized the vehicle structure to increase the safety of the occupant compartment in the vehicle and managed to decrease some amount of Head Injury Criteria(HIC) and Chest Severity Index(CSI).
EXPERIENCE
INTERNSHIP Toyota kirloskar auto parts pvt.ltd June July 2014
The main role of the work was to identify the exact cause for the manufacturing of the defected products among the differential case of Toyota Etios. This was identified by measuring one among ten parts manufactured for the standard dimension and if the dimension varies much from the normal size then the tool change timing of the CNC machine must be optimized, which gave good results by periodic reduction of the manufacture of defect parts. Further learnt about the JISHUKIN process and KANBAN process in the plant and optimization of the processes. TECHNICAL SKILLS
