As with todays job market requirements and my desire to change my career path, I enrolled in college after leaving my most recent employer and have been a full time student, crafting my skills and receiving several degrees and certificates for mechanical and electrical in my field of expertise.

I obtained my degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Electronics Engineering as well as Electrical Technology from Owensboro Community and Technical College, which has state recognition for its high standards in the technical programs. I am currently working on my Bachelor degree in Systems Management (Industrial Management) with a completion date of 2017. I also have several certificates of training from several major industrial equipment manufactures.

I have 15+ years hands-on experience in industrial maintenance and engineering field, with specialized skills in robotics and PLC programming. Alongside my 5 years of business management knowledge, I am well versed in “Lean Manufacturing” and “Just in Time” systems.

As a mature and professional individual, I am able to promote and champion, world-class principles and values, across various trades. I am an expert at planning and prioritizing daily activities and utilizing resources to get projects completed on time. I have extensive experience in developing workforce teams into effective and pro-active units. As a true professional, I possess the ability to make educated decisions quickly and efficiently.
