Working as Control room operator with Marafiq at 1300 MW complex in Yanbu KSA involve in commissioning /start up of the new 2 x 275 MW Oil Fired Steam Power plant. Responsible in review of pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures and witnessing of Boiler and Turbine and its Auxiliaries and Ancillaries commissioning activities. Including but not limited to flushing, motor solo run test, equipment initial run, Chemical Cleaning/Preservation, Boiler Initial Firing, Steam Blowing, Vacuum Pulling, Initial Turbine Rolling, Synchronization, Load Test, Reliability Test and Plant Performance and Commercial Operation. Knowledgeable in QMS execution, CEMS monitoring and Safety implementation during plant operation such as PTW and LOTTO.

(Former ELPASO Technology & COSTAL technology) Pakistan at SABA POWER PLANT Sheikhupura, Punjab, Pakistan, which consists 134 MW TOSHIBA steam turbine and BWI boiler of 410 t/h capacity, 132 KV switch yard by Siemens, DCS control system by Elsag Bailey Infi 90 with Symphony, ESP (electro static precipitator), BOP consists of water treatment plant (demineralization plant by ECODINE), waist water system, fuel additive system, fuel station, turbine auxiliaries with its control system and cooling towers

I deeply involved in commissioning, pre-commissioning, start-up activities and COD with BWI (EPC contractor).

oResponsibilities:

Co-ordinate with Operation Manager to run the plant, operation & maintenance in safe and efficient manner both normal and emergency situation.

Plant Startup / Shutdown activities as per standard operation procedure.

Fully responsible to take corrective measure during emergency situation.

(Electrical side) Look after the electrical system 380 V, 6.6 kV, 132 kV breakers protection battery system, UPS system, weekly test run of emergency diesel generator (500 KV A), weekly test run of black start diesel generator capacity 2500 KV A /6.3 KV.
