Career Highlights

Experienced in “HIGHLY MECHANIZED” limestone opencast mine with deep hole drilling & blasting and surface miners. Experience of working with all the Heavy Modern Mining equipment’s like Wirtgen, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Terex, Hitachi, Atlas Copco, Sandvik, Liebherr & BEML.

Worked with a mine bearing capacity of 10.0 million tons per annum. Responsible for the deep hole drilling and blasting, production and quality of limestone to meet the plant requirements with respect to day-today planning, productivity of machines, cost analysis, safety and development of mine, MIS reporting.

Started career as engineer mines at Jay pee Cement, Rewa, MP in May’1991 unit of Jay pee Group. A mine with deep hole drilling and blasting and total production of approx.15000 TPD.

Greenfield project handled for Prism Group in September 1997. Exposed to the challenges of opening a new mine, community issues and government liaison.

Involved in planning and procurement of mining machinery as per the plant capacity.

Worked as shift coordinator and handled the manpower of more than 75 people & stabilized the mine operation. Active participation in Mines Safety and Environment week.

Involvement on day to day operation (Blasting and Shift planning) of mine and quality control department for supplying the required grade material to plant.

Exposed to contractor working for raising & hauling of raw material and overburden.
