1. Production And Planning-In-Charge Supervisor

(March 2013 – February 2016)

Job Summary:

Responsible in the issuance of raw materials to all department / branches.

Ensuring that the department are in-tact and records are updated at all times.

Responsible for the incoming and outgoing of all items including the defects of raw materials.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with immediate superior for the availability of raw materials.

Prepare, review and submit all reports on time.

Responsible in ordering and preparation of the lists of raw materials needed.

Justify all consumption beyond the Material Allocation and Consumption requirement.

Coordinate / follow-up to suppliers for any incoming deliveries.

Monitor the flow of materials and supplies, its storage, release or movement to maintain smooth flow of operation.

Compute and check manpower and machine requirements from time to time.

Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time.

2. Senior Administrative Assistant

(July 2010 – February 2013)

Job Summary:

Responsible in providing an efficient and professional administrative and clerical service to colleagues, managers, and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office.

Typing documents and distributing memos.

Updating and maintain the holiday, absence and records of all staff.

Responsible for Purchase Orders.

Raising of purchase orders and invoice tracking.

Conduct and process written examinations to all qualified applicants.

Responsible in overseeing the whole operation, sewing materials and accessories, cut goods transferred by cutting department and finished goods transferred to finishing section.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct trade test to applicants, interview and select appropriate candidates to fill in vacant position.

Orient all subordinates on the standard operating procedures and job description.

Counsel and disciplines all subordinates if necessary. Plan program and analyze workload of the section to achieve maximum productivity and anticipate possible problems that would require preventive approach.

Monitors and checks the individual work to evaluate performance of subordinates.

Conduct random inspection on the quality of cut goods and work in process if it conforms to standard.
